The first and foremost factor which makes up a strategic objective to be effective would be that a strategic objective must be measurable. This is because if nothing is measurable or quantifiable in case of formulating or trying to implement a strategic objective then there is no point of formulating the objective. This is because the organizational members of the organization would never be able to understand whether the strategic objective formulated by them has been effective to their organization or not. The second factor would be that a strategic objective must be adaptable or flexible enough that the strategic objective can be changed during emergencies or during times when there are market fluctuations.
